Normally, I sell soap at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.olatheks.org\/government\/parks-recreation\/special-events\/farmers-market\">Olathe Farmer&#8217;s Market<\/a> on Saturday mornings, but this generally wears me out, so weekends are for relaxing and not doing much.<\/p>\n<p>However, my husband bought season passes to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldsoffun.com\/\">Worlds of Fun<\/a> (amusement park) for himself and the girls this year, so while I was at the farmer&#8217;s market on Saturday, they went and had some FUN!  Fortunately, the girls take after my husband in their love of roller coasters and thrill rides.  He can&#8217;t do all the spinning rides anymore, but the girls are tall enough to go with each other on those.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday afternoon, our family went to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.opkansas.org\/things-to-see-and-do\/arboretum-and-botanical-gardens\/\" title=\"Overland Park Arboretum\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Overland Park Arboretum<\/a> for their Arts 4 Kids program, sponsored by the Friends of the Arboretum.  For just $5 each, we all rode on the hay ride, the girls made crafts, got their faces painted, got to learn all about snakes that are native to Kansas and <em>hold them<\/em>, as well as play in a bell choir.
