Vanilla Hazelnut Whipped Shea Butter

Vanilla Hazelnut Whipped Shea Butter by Great Cakes Soapworks

It’s finally done!!! I used the new white & fluffy refined shea butter and scented it with your favorite Vanilla Hazelnut fragrance. No longer tainted by the natural shea smell, this stuff looks AND truly smells like icing. I probably should have put a warning on the label! As tempted as you might be to take a little lick off your finger, please don’t!!

The labels have been embellished slightly. See the little curly-Q’s next to the “Vanilla Hazelnut”? That’s it!

Get the small jar for just $7.00 or the large jar for $12.00 in Vanilla Hazelnut or Unscented.

I hope you all had a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend. I was blessed with an entire afternoon of rest!

This sounds delicious and skin loving. I think a “Do Not Eat” label sounds appropriate =)

I’m happy to hear that you’re having luck with the refined shea butter. I made some body butters (whipped) using unrefined shea butter, and they were just o.k. I could always detect a bit of a “twang” in them. I love unrefined shea in my soap, I think it contains more of the good stuff for the skin, and the saponification seems to neutralize any “off” smell. Maybe one of these days I’ll do some body butter again..when I have some free time…LOL!
