The Short-Armed Snowman

While we didn’t get dumped on over the weekend like some of you East Coasters, our pile of snow added up to about six inches or so. Unlike the super dry powdery stuff that fell at Christmastime, this snow was very wet and was easily coaxed to roll up. The girls did most of the work, although they needed my help to stack the enormous snow balls.

I was glad I took a picture though, because about an hour later, I watched our short-armed snowman take a face dive. Oh well.

Anyone else have a chance to get outside to play?

That is the most perfect snowman! It’s hard to believe that they made that with only 6 inches of snow (I say only because we have about 20″ outside our window right now and it’s still snowing).
