On the Curing Rack: Cucumber Melon
I think it’s been two years since I’ve made Cucumber Melon soap, so yesterday I decided not to hoard this fragrance any longer. I added some fresh cucumber straight from the farmer’s market, and so far you can see the green flecks from the peel. I didn’t add any extra colorant this time, so the only synthetic ingredient is the fragrance.
The first time I made Cucumber Melon soap I had a customer tell me it smelled better than the Bath & Body Works version. I have to agree! You’ll just have to decide for yourself. These luscious beauties will be available at the farmer’s market on Saturday, August 9.
