My Crazy Mess
In case you’re wondering why I haven’t blogged the past couple of days, just take a look at what I’ve been working on this week. I think I must have been a little bit out of my mind when I made six batches of soap about three or four weeks ago. They are all cured and ready to wrap and label this week – all 300 of them!! Oh, and before I realized how much soap I needed to wrap, I said I would make lotion this week for the farmer’s market also. What was I thinking??
I do have a plan of attack. I have completed three out of six gallons of lotion – those are the ones you can see in the second picture. Today I will make the other three, and start bottling the ones that are finished. I will only wrap and label enough soaps from each batch to sell for this Saturday. The rest can wait…so I can rest. *sigh*
The good news is that there will be several new soaps available, including Apples & Spice, Celebration, and Peppermint!!
