Mission Accomplished
I gave my mail carrier, Michelle, her much-deserved gift basket full of goodies today! She was so excited!! I added a note telling her how wonderful I think she is, and included a couple of the comments that a few of you left as well as the letter that Elizabeth in Wisconsin sent to me. Not only did she write me a note and stick it in my door telling me how I made her day, but she also called me after she got off work. She told me that they’ve been having meetings at the post office lately and her boss has really been after them because of some negative feedback from other customers, so it was so good to hear the positive. She said she showed the note to her boss, and told him to frame it! And she wants to come by my house after work one day to do a little bit of shopping….
I think this qualifies as part of The Generosity Factor. I wish I was more faithful to do this EVERY day. What a blessing it is to bless others!

Very cool. It’s always good to get some positive feedback. On another note, I’m really hoping to get over to the market tomorrow, I’m excited to try your new seasonal soaps.
