Can This Lady Get a Raise?
My mail carrier, Michelle, is very high on my list of favorite people. I have written previously that she should win Mail Carrier of the Year for arranging to have my packages picked up while she was on vacation several thousand miles away.
Today, as she was driving past my house, she just happened to see two packages on my porch. She slammed on her brakes, rang my doorbell, and asked if they needed to be picked up. I had completely forgotten to arrange for pick-up last night. She had no reason to stop by my house today. Yet, that’s the kind of mail carrier she is.
Might I also add that one of the packages really, really needed to go out TODAY? She SAVED my heiny in a big way.

Having lived all over the states I can honestly say I have only had a carrier that good once. What a jewel you have!

Did I tell you about the book the Fred FActor? Can’t remember? It’s about a Mail Carrier who went above and beyond! Thus the Fred Factor!

Wow, she really does deserve a huge raise or at the very least some kind of recognition award from her boss! Have you thought about calling her supervisor and letting him know what an excellent mail carrier she is? I honestly don’t even know how are mail carrier is!!

Oh, I need to order more shea butter cream…I keep forgetting and as I’m sitting here typing with my raw, cracked hands, I just remembered. You should see how awful my hands look from washing them all the time…my knuckles are all cracked and bleeding.

WOW! I have to agree – you hit the jackpot on mail carriers! We had one a few moves ago like that! Sure miss him!
