Almost Paradise Soap: Final Reveal

Ok, the suspense is finally over! Here is one of the best out of the batch:

Almost Paradise Soap by Great Cakes Soapworks

Like my photoshop skills? I know you thought I drove all the way to the beach from Kansas just to take this picture! Ha!

So I have about half the batch (or 24 bars) that turned out decent enough to sell at full price like the soap you see above. The rest have obvious holes in them, so I cut them into small bars to sell at a discount. I also have various pieces to put in online orders as samples:

Holy Moly Almost Paradise Soap

I also have 24 bars of greyish blue soap that I think I will sell at full price as well. It’s not beautiful, but it’s not ugly either, and it smells SO GOOD. My younger daughter thinks it should be called “Foggy Mist”. She’s a pretty smart girl!

This soap will need to cure for a couple more weeks, and will be available at Greatcakessoapworks.com on Friday, August 20 – but I will tell you that my hubby turns 40 the next day, so I may not be shipping orders until Monday the 23rd! (I will probably start sending out the sample pieces as soon as this weekend!)
